3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Buying Watches
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
6. Selling and Trading Watches
Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.
Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer. If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.
Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via the method agreed upon during the transaction process.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: You may return a watch within three (3) days of purchase for a refund, provided the watch is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders and special items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within ten (10) days of receiving the returned watch. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective plastics, tape, hang tags, and accessories such as boxes and papers. Please avoid wearing the watch until you are certain you will keep it, as even a day's wear can result in scratches or blemishes. Do not resize the bracelet by removing links or cut any straps.
Notify Elevated Time about your intent to return the watch before shipping it back. Ensure that the same level of security and shipping standards are maintained when sending the package back. Returns must be postmarked within three (3) calendar days from receiving your watch and must be sent at your own shipping and insurance costs. ‘Collect’ shipments will not be accepted. Be sure to insure the package for its full value, as we are not liable for lost packages. Upon receipt, our we will thoroughly inspect the watch to confirm it is in its original condition with all tags and accessories intact before issuing a refund.
Watches returned without factory stickers or tags will be evaluated individually and may result in a reduction of up to 20% of the purchase price. Should any watch be returned without all provided contents, the return may either be rejected or refund amount reduced to account for any missing items. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Our return policy is only applicable for sales within the United States. International sales are final and have no return policy.
8. Warranty and Repairs
No warranty or new watches sold. Used watches may come with a limited warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
Repairs: We offer repair services for watches purchased from us. Please contact our customer service for more details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of PA, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
